Towards the end of last year we were invited by Van Houtte to be featured in a video as part of their Tendances Intemporelles blog series in which they explore hand crafts that are making a comeback and bringing people together in community. We spent a very pleasant afternoon with the film crew and Lisa did a stellar job on camera fielding questions and performing “action” shots and demonstrations on demand. One of the crew members was so intrigued, we even managed to create one more knitter in the world – fitting a quick “learn-to-knit” session into the afternoon. The film was actually shot in our old, much smaller store, so this is already a little trip down memory lane for us. Please watch and enjoy!
