‘Tis the season….! Well, maybe it is a little early but I thought I’d post this Mini Christmas Stocking Ornament pattern now to give you time to work these into your holiday knitting between now and Christmas. In addition to sweet tree decorations, if you’re willing to knit 24, they also make a great Advent Calendar project. Make them for yourself or as small gifts as a festive holiday gesture. They’re knit flat, which simplifies the colourwork and, being so tiny, they only take a little time. Designer Julie Williams provides clear directions with accompanying pictures so why not give these a go – especially if you’d like to try your hand at fairisle or intarsia without the commitment of a larger project.

I’m not a knitter, is there any way to convert these to crochet patterns?
Hello Kaye,
Thank you for your interest in our post. We are all much better knitters than crocheters, meaning that unfortunately
we won’t be able to help you with that. I have never crocheted a sock, but you might be able to find a pattern on
ravelry and go from there?
All the best,
Mona
Thank you! so cute!
