Spring has sprung and we’ve been working on new store samples!
Sweet Peasy by Heidi Kirrmaier is a child-sized version of the original Peasy pattern – a simple cardigan with just enough lace to make it pretty and interesting. Like it’s grown-up counterpart, Sweet Peasy is knit from the top-down making it very easy to customize in terms of sleeve and body length. We knit our version with one of Rowan’s newest yarns – Softyak DK, an ultrasoft transeasonal blend of cotton and yak. Bonus: It’s machine washable!

Fionas Top by Sanne Bjerregaard is a versatile top/tunic/dress which would be a lovely addition to any little girl’s wardrobe – just work it from the top down to desired length. We’ve knit this little top before in a combination of Koigu KPPPM and SweetGeorgia Yarns Cashluxe Fine but we thought a cotton version in springtime hues would be a bright addition to our collection of store samples. We used Sandnesgarn Mandarin Petit (100% Egyptian cotton), a soft, easy-to-knit, high quality yarn, perfect for baby, child, and adult warm-weather garments.
