We’ve been thrilled to see nearly 5000 versions of our Chevron Baby Blanket posted to Ravelry over the last few years and it makes us so happy to think of all of the little babies around the world wrapped in these cozy, graphic stripes. We’ve long been planning to put together kits for this pattern and, a mere 4 years after publishing it, we’ve finally managed! The four versions we’ve curated below are perfect for those who want a decidedly girl or boy blanket as well as for those seeking a more neutral palette.
Created with Blue Sky Alpacas Organic Worsted Cotton, this blanket is a cheerful and modern addition to any baby’s collection. Easy-peasy and fun to knit, it’s a great size for strollers and car-seats and little ones will love the soft, cool feel of this environmentally friendly yarn.
Each kit contains the pattern and 1 skein each of 5 different colourways.
The finished blanket measures approximately 27.5″ x 36″.

Video Tutorial
Although a very simple design, the Chevron Baby Blanket pattern uses one or two stitches that have confused some beginner knitters. We’re happy to let you know that a video tutorial explaining all aspects of the blanket from long-tail cast-on to casting off and blocking has been published to YouTube by iKNITS.
