Website updgrade

We have been working very hard over the last few months to upgrade our website and the time has now come to go ‘live’!  No new website launch is without it’s challenges, however, so we ask for your patience and understanding as we work to fix any bugs or kinks that only become apparent once our new site is up and running.

In particular, we anticipate issues with our French translations, most noticeably for notifications and e-mail confirmations as our new platform does not move seamlessly from one language to the next.

Also, if you are a current webstore customer of ours you will be required to create a new account and, unfortunately, will no longer have access to your previous orders nor wish lists. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause! Should you need any information about a previous order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to pull your information up through our point-of-sale system.

Au cours des derniers mois, nous avons travaillé très fort à la mise à jour de notre site Web, et il est maintenant temps de le mettre en ligne! Bien sûr, le lancement d’un nouveau site Web vient toujours avec son lot de défis, ainsi, nous vous demandons de faire preuve de patience et de compréhension pendant que nous corrigerons les bogues et autres problèmes qui surviendront une fois le site mis en ligne.

Nous prévoyons entre autres des problèmes avec la traduction française, en particulier en ce qui concerne les notifications et les confirmations envoyées par courriel, car notre nouvelle plateforme ne permet pas une transition fluide d’une langue à l’autre.

De plus, si vous êtes déjà client de notre boutique en ligne, vous devrez créer un nouveau compte et, malheureusement, vous n’aurez plus accès à vos commandes antérieures ni à vos listes de souhaits. Nous sommes sincèrement désolées pour tous les inconvénients que cela peut vous causer! Si vous avez besoin d’informations à propos d’une commande antérieure, n’hésitez pas à communiquer avec nous. Nous nous ferons un plaisir de retrouver les informations dont vous avez besoin au moyen de notre système de terminaux de point de vente.

    Last Saturday I visited your store and purchased yarn for the Paloma Sweater. Unfortunately the link for the pattern is not working. Is there a way for me to get the pattern?

    I am knitting The Comfort Zone. Can you tell me please at the point in directions : ” Now work round 2 (i.e., no further increases) for 24 (20, 14, 8) rounds – add length if desired. ”
    Are these numbers in the wrong order?

      Hello Patricia,

      The reason the larger numbers are first, is that the smaller sizes are shorter after all the increases are done. This is definitely correct and you should pick the number according to the size you are knitting. If you wish to make it longer after you have completed these rounds, you may do so!

    Thank you very much for your prompt reply. I will make a note of it on my printed pattern and on the one I have saved in my phone on Books. It will be a good reminder for when I knit another. Love this pattern and I am enjoying your new website.
