Chevron Cloud combines wonderfully luxurious yarns and graphic texture in a light, versatile wrap that will make a beautiful addition to any wardrobe. Equally at home over a fancy dress or paired with jeans and a tee, this soft, modern rectangular wrap is an easy accessory choice for any occasion. The silk and mohair of Handmaiden’s Maiden Hair yarn and the lighter weight Silk Cloud from Shibui Knits lend the wrap both an exquisite sheen and a delicate halo – the stuff of dreams and clouds.

Wrapped in Lino
Wrapped in Lino is similar to our Kigali Nights Shawl but is much wider and larger, and the
whole piece is knit in stockinette. It remains a parallelogram with both ends knit using short rows to create sloped lines. The pattern is easily modified by casting on more or less stitches and changing the length of the stockinette section. This, however, will affect the required yardage.
Pashmina Stripes is an easy, high-impact wrap worked in alternating 30-row stripes of four coordinating colours. Madelinetosh Pashmina is knit at a loose gauge for maximum drape and drama. While simple and straightforward, the gorgeous interplay of hand-dyed colourways makes this wrap anything but boring!

LE PETIT PARISIEN
Le Petit Parisien is a light, stylish accessory with gorgeous texture and Parisian flair! It’s knit from the bottom up with a one stitch garter border and an increase at each end of every right row. On the last row an increase is done every 3 stitches in order to gain more width at the top edge.
Whirligig is a light-hearted and whimsical scarf knit with alternating colours of Noro Taiyo yarn. Knit in the round as a long tube, “resting” yarns are carried up along the inside of the scarf so there are, miraculously, just a few ends to sew in at the end of all those stripes. The profusion of colour will soothe your eyes and brighten your mood on bleak winter days and the double-thickness fabric will keep you warm and toasty.

Kigali Nights is a beautiful, vibrant wrap knit during a recent trip to Rwanda. The shawl is a parallelogram with one end sloping more than the other. It begins with stockinette and short rows, which creates a gentle slope. Half-way through the pattern switches to reverse stockinette with short row shaping at the end creating a steeper slope.
A fun and cozy cowl knit in the round from the top down. Warm and snug around the neck with increasing circumference towards the bottom for ample coverage around the chest and shoulders. The dark and light stripes create a modern, graphic look while the bold pops of colour at both ends keep it lighthearted. Functional and chic!

Simple Hemp Tote
A great summer tote knit with Hemp for Knitting’s allHemp6LUX (100% Hemp) and finished with a pair of rolled leather handles from Greyson E. As the name implies, this is a super easy project that knits up in no time. It’s worked as a long rectangle with angled corners, folded in half and seamed to finish. Classic in style, the combination of brown, natural, and black makes this a great casual bag that will work with most outfits (and shoes!). Still, we can see this knit in a variety of colour combinations making the most of the beautiful shades available in allHemp6LUX and the various colours of Grayson E. handles (e.g. Brown, Amber, Buckskin, Olive, Red, Black).
Knit with Habu Textiles Tsumugi Silk (100% silk) our Ombre Tank is perfect for hot summer days. If you can’t wait, layer it with a tee and you’re set for spring! We used the same technique as the Ombre cowl to achieve the gradation of colours. The fabric is crisp yet soft and supple at the same time and the A-line shaping is very flattering on most body types. Lower body is knit in the round and front and back neckline are kept the same – an easy knit with minimal finishing work.
